I totally related to that flow chart! I had to take no less than THREE sets of pics for my passport, which should be coming up on the expiration date pretty soon. Thanks for the reminder! I should go ahead and take a number now.
And you get to do this all over again in 10 years, when the process will surely have been made exponentially more difficult. I am in awe of this flow chart, which flows onto several screens. Amazing!

Fortunately for me, every moment I spent waiting for my number to come up could be occupied with designing a flow chart.

Yeah, it’s amazing what one can accomplish when one has NOTHING else to do.
