Yes, I have something to say. I have an autoimmune system that flares up and make life miserable when I eat things that I love but don’t love me. Some times people make hard choices because the other choice is even harder to live with. Opps, that may have come off like I took that personally. I guess I did. Sorry. I know a lot of smug people who wear their food choices like badges of honor–even some proud flesh-eating folks…

Feel free to take it personally. I wouldn’t be doing my job (this is a job, right? Then why doesn’t it pay?) if I didn’t offend at least sixteen people per day in five countries.
